White ink, because blue pages need it. On a blue page, white is the ink that reads. Anything darker disappears into the paper. The pen ships with the book and refills are always in stock.

The Blue Index. A private archive of your handwritten pages. Photograph a page and it keeps the original, reads the handwriting, and makes it findable a year later. Connect it to the AI you already use and ask it about your own thinking. Free with the book. No subscription, and there never will be one.

Your number. Issued once, and it doesn't change. The next book carries it, and so does the one after that.
